Vaillant Ecotec Plus 428

A leak on a boiler can come from about 30 different places and even more if you include split parts.

The only way to know where its coming from is to open and inspect it.

Mine appeared to be leaking when the condensate pipe froze and there was nowhere for it all to go except inside the casing. :oops:

Take a look at page 20 of that PDF, section 4.3.5
