Vaillant EcoTEC Plus 624 Pump Overrun

This is a 4 year-old boiler that started exhibiting the above (S7) problem.
Any suggestions?

Can you explain exactly what your problem is ?

The pump over run is shown or changed in d1 and is set to 5 minutes on delivery.
