We will explore possibility of noise being transmitted through neighbours.
Friend stopped over the weekend but she was jetlagged so wouldn't have heard a tornado.
Anyway, it is almost a year old so I guess we need to get it serviced. At least the Plumber and Engineers have all been registered so haven't had any 'cowboys' around. Just not sure how to handle the 'transmission of noise from neighbours' bit but will talk to our lovely neighbour.
The term "cowboy" refers to how they behave and charge you.
Merely being gas registered does not stop people behaving like cowboys!
In reality there are very few cowboys but the public perception is that we are all cowboys.
I am feeling sore about it because I encountered a cowboy customer last week!
