Well, he came back this evening (unannounced) with another new sensor and replaced the other one (the one in the right of the picture). Upon switch on, the F.75 was replaced with a F.22 (low pressure) and the digital readout was now displaying sensible numbers. After recharging the system, it came on fine and has been working fine for a couple of hours now. He thinks the PRV is leaking slightly so is coming back tomorrow to fix that.
