Vaillant Turbo Max 824E Fan runs when cold tap turned off

Hi

I have the above boiler installed in my house and operates fine other than when you turn on a cold water tap and turn it back off again the LED 3 (warmstart) illuminates and a click is heard and the fan runs for abut 10 seconds. Hot water is fine and it changes over from heating to hot water mode without a problem

Any help on the matter would be appreciated
