Hi everyone-small problem and i dont know the answer? The boiler works fine on the central heating but hot water is only cool.I have got the manual and tried to up the temp setting but when i get into the menu it wont allow me to up the temp, which is set at 50 C but the temp out of the tap is a cool 36 C. Is it a new circuit board or is there a way around this problem please

Burner modulating down?
Meter Reg OK?
Plate heat exchanger blocked?
Measured flow and return temps to plate heat exchanger?
Shower nonreturn valves letting by?
Maybe thermistors.............
