hi to all. when the hot tap is turned on the water is only warm( sometimes it works ok, hot) and the radiators get very hot, i have read loads of posts and it looks like the diverter valve. is there any way a can check this to see if it is the problem....cheers for any help...started happening just after the warranty ran out

If hot water is flowing down the flow pipe while the boiler is in DHW mode, then you definitely have a malfunctioning diverter valve.
