Hi all,
I have the boiler mentioned in the subject and I am not having hot water from the tap while the central heating does work. At the beginning, the pressure was zero, so after going through forums I managed to fill it with water by using the internal filling loop. Now although the pressure is between 1.5 and 2 (it was at zero, yes zero!) I still don't have hot water! Does anybody have a suggestion? I already read some of the posts here and they refer to different names like diaphragm and some other names. But the problem is that I don't know what these names refer to, so could you please attach images also?

Regards,
Rafid

I would reccommend you get a RGI in, no disrespect, but if you dont know what any of the parts are you are unlikely to be able to repair this boiler, even with expert help.

Thanks very much. Any recommendation? I live in Newcastle upon Tyne.
