Megaflo is from Heatrae Sadia, internal air gaps always fail.
Gledhill is famous on thermal stores, not on unvented.
Vailliant one is good.

Megaflo... Overpriced.
Gledhill.... cheap... better cylinders out there. They do a lot of OEM.
Vaillant.... Not worth it unless using it with a Vaillant boiler and controls.
Stainless Steel cylinders are much of a muchness. The only brand I would pay premium prices for are OSO.

Then make sure you use an installer fully conversant with Vaillant controls and get the full suite. Otherwise you have a mediocre boiler with a mediocre cylinder and won't get the most out of it. As a complete package it is a respectable system.
Power of marketing over substance.
Why have YOU chosen a 624? What is your house heat loss? Do you have 5 or 6 bedrooms? Is your house old and drafty? Have you insulated all you can first?
Unless you get through a crazy amount of hot water then a 618 would be plenty probably.
My first choices are Intergas and Atag. Vaillant are third and for those that think a brand name means something
