Vaillant VCW 20/1 T3 - DHW ok , No CH

HI,

Just been to look at the above boiler to find the boiler cycling when calling for CH. Overheat stat kicks in until cooled then restarts again. No heat out of the CH flow pipe. Is this a Wax Stat at fault??

Also, I've got a dodgy copy of the manual in PDF that not really readable in the faulttinding section and has no parts list. Anyone have a decent copy??

Any other ideas what could be the problem?

Does sound like the wax capsule in the diverter
