I have just got a new water section valve (part number 011292) which I am assured is the replacement one for my boiler. The new one is similar to the original and will fit but there is no connection on the top half for the DHW expansion vessel.
Unfortunately it is not just a case of swapping the top section over as there are other minor differences. (The valve is being replaced because the stuffing box is leaking, the diaphragm is shot and the temperature control is seized up.)
Any advice as to if this is the right part or where to connect the expansion vessel please.
