Vailliant ecotec plus 831 wont switch on

Hi all, had a call from the wife saying the boiler had switched off (no display/heat or hot water). When I arrived home I checked the usual rcd and boiler fuse and all was OK. The boiler is getting mains feed and I was led to believe that the pcb should have 2 onboard fuses. I found the one near the pump relay on the board and this was OK. Does anyone know were the other one is if indeed it does have 2, as I am leaning towards the pcb being bad. Is this a common fault please? Pcb part number is 0020116983.

Sorry, I'm afraid I can't be of much help.
But, if this is your PCB, it definitely appears to only have one fuse :

Thanks for the second opinion, I think the earlier models might of had two. Going to try a few places to try and get one today, wish me luck
