was called by a neighbour to look at this boiler.only been installed about 1 month ago ,installer now not answering any calls.combination boiler hot water fine but when calling for heat boiler heats to 75 c on display.The temp gauge turned up fully but rads only getting luke warm,all rads have trvs on bar one and no room stat.There are five rads running on this system.Any ideas thanks peter

Had same fault recently on a vaillant ecomax, thanks to advise from ChrisR and others fitted new diverter and all is well.

make sure they have the bench mark cert

WB are buggers for that and wont do owt if it aint there and filled in proper like

That is what i was thinking .When i looked outside condense pipe just running onto flat roof and pipe work leaves alot to the imagination. Will ask tomorrow if was a pet owner me think not.I am rgi can i approach valliant and explain situation thanks peter

if the boiler was installed badly and not as per MI's then you know as well as I a quiet word from a RGI to the makers want mean a hill of beans?

DId not pay cash to matey did they?

people never learn cash up front and some pipe work that a ten year old boy would be embarresed by.do these boilers have a 2 year warranty .Could it be a div valve i know these are common faults on valliant turbo max and other valliants thanks for any help
