Vanity Unit - Bath pipesin the way

Hi,

I am replacing my bassin and want to put a vanity unit in its place. The only problem I have is that the baths cold and hot pipes as well as the waste run along the wall above the floor where the bassin is?

Is there any other way of putting the vanity unit in without cutting holes in each side of the vanity unit and boxing the pipes and waste??
