hi all- do I need a vapour barrier on polystyrene insulation inside the shower cubicle? It already had some rockwool in and I need to buy some more - but will get polystyrene sheets if vapour barrier not needed..... aquapanel will be going over the top. Cheers

Not much use for sound as you are fixing to the studs which will transfer any sound very effectively, no thermal loss to negate.

Polystyrene won't insulate sound. Burns well though.

If you need acoustic insulation for some reason, use rockwool.
