VAT on fuel extra hidden duty

its the governments balls... who let them get away with it.. with no regulations. it was a classic case of.... we are ok jack.. a classic case of nobodies thinking they know something. and even now they are proving it..
It's drifting off topic but that's a bit like saying it's not the criminals fault, it's how they were brought up, how they're policed, society's fault etc.

Anyway, as I said, this is drifting off topic.

It was the Tories that deregulated the system (Maggie to be precise) That's when the party started. New Lab just continued it. So who you gonna vote in then?

pardon... the bankers are only "policed " by the government... so who else is to blame.. you sound like an mp. i will not say which party as there are no socialist parties any more.. they sold out..

OK, lets say you lend me some money and I gamble it and lose your money... who's 'fault' is that?

yours... you lost it.

but if you were regulated you could only gamble so much...

Not really Blas just thought I'd put something else in the mix.I didn't realise that duty was going up on fuel until mentioned on the news just now,but its the same old story,I've been in work since I left school back in 1972
there have been numerous governments+chancellors and under each one I have had to pay tax's just like any one else, will it be any different come May and beyond, not on your sweet nelly is there an alternative :?:  I doubt it.

So who are you going to vote in then? Those that started it (Tories) or those that continued it (Labour)?? Both equally culpable.
