Vauxhall Vivaro design fault

Has anyone with a Vauxhall Vivaro successfully sued them or made them settle out of court due to the seized injector fault?

Anyone who has successfully managed to take them on please get in contact. I am in the process of sueing them right now.

Having exactly same issues....currently in discussions to try and get remuneration, not holding out much hope. May consider court action, would be interested as to where you are in your process.
