hi my van is a 2001 vauxhall vivaro will not start has diesel to pump but no diesel to the rail or injectors had it pluged in and it comes up with code 176 low power ecu any one help me please?

Is the battery in a good state and all connections good?
Any indication on the dashboard regarding the immobiliser on this model?

good battery i have checked main wire and power is 12.16 volt the imobliser light flashes but does go off then cranking van over to start
