Velux Electric Blind Problem

Hi Anyone/everyone,

We have an electric blind for our velux window that's not recalling the material properly. Has anyone else come across this problem before?? If so, did you manage to fix it? Any tips greatly appreciated as a replacement is way too expsensive ... house sale completing in a couple of weeks so need tips fast!

Usually a loose connection on the spindle, either worn or locking screw loose.
