Top hung velux GHL S06 window approx 6 years old

The foam gasket for the flashing EDZ has perished and come away

Is there a suitable alternative i can use?

Was personally thinking of using either waterproof expanding foam or weather proof gutter/roof sealant or pipe lagging...
