Vent Axia SELV 12, Ceiling v wall mount?

Anyone know how a ceiling mount fan differs from a wall mount?
I've put ducting etc in for ceiling, but then suspect the fan I've got might be wall due to the shutters?

Not sure if its true but i always thought, back in the day that they had different bearings due to the orientation

Didn’t you read the instructions?
The one I’ve seen tells you how to install in ceiling,wall or window…. That must be a clue?
