Vent cover

Does anyone know whether it's possible to purchase standard white plastic vent covers like these in any size other than 9" x 6"?

I've looked in B&Q, Wickes and Homebase and none of them do anything wider than 9". I need at least 10" x 6".

This one is about 11"x7", although it does say internal

It's actually an internal vent that i need. That one might well do the job. Many thanks.
