There is an ensuite bathroom in the main bedroom. I think the duct from the extractor fan runs across the ceiling of the bedroom to the outside wall. I need a cover for the exit point on the exterior wall. It must not let air in when it is windy, as this produces a rumbling sound. It must not blow off during storms. It must not clatter against the wall or against itself. Is there such a cover available?

Wall gravity vent.
When fan blows flaps lift to let air out.
Or
In line fan pipe with back draft shutter built in is the other option.

They are both not great and when I've fitted those types in my own home, I've ripped out the flaps because they restrict air flow.
Also the gravity flap vent get caught with wind which rattles them.

No such a cover does not exist to the best of my knowledge and I think most people with an extractor would like to have one.
As has been suggested a cowl vent is probably the most viable option. I did once consider fitting a plume kit or exterior ducting to divert it away from the prevailing wind but the wind swirls around so much where I live it just wasn't feasible.
