I have 100mm ceiling fans that duct out through the roof. I intend to fit condensation traps. TS have some in stock but they don't fit the duct collars of the fans which I've measured at 100mm o/d. The TS Condensation Traps have too large an i/d which has me baffled.

Can anyone advise how these traps are meant to be fitted please?

The condensation trap isn't designed to fit onto the fan itself. The ducting is designed to fit over the fan outlet, and to do so, the duct has a larger diameter than the fan spigot. It's the larger diameter of the duct that then fits into the condensation trap.
