Ventilating a room after double glazing

Hi,

I am about to have secondary glazing installed in my bedroom for sound purposes (live near flightpath). I need to ventilate the room so we get fresh air. Is this type of device suitable - it's a single room heat exchanging ventilator. Don't want anything too loud so this looks good...
