I'm in the process of replacing the old bathroom and will be needing a new ventilation fan. The old one isn't much good and the bathroom tiles are soaking after you take a shower. Can you get different strengths and can you get them without the pull switch asI find they get grubby very quick.

I have one fitted with a sensor, so when humidity is there it switches on, its also wired to the light switch, so it comes on & stays on for a set time.
Whatever fan you fit the tiles will always be wet, its just a matter of how wet & extracting the moisture

I fitted twin fans in my shower room, less noise than a powerful model, the humidity controlled version I would avoid as it relies on the very moisture you want to eliminate to trigger it.It should be running before humidity rises as it cannot remove moisture thats already condensing on the walls before it operates. My fans are triggered by a ceiling sensor so unit operates whenever someone is in the room, even using a sink can creater humidity if the water is hot , fans not just for use when showering.

And remember if the fans suck air out of the room there has to be a way for replacement air to enter the room. Either a gap under the door or a vent through the door
