Vertical Concentric Flue on existing Suprima (an easy job

Hi

I have an existing Suprima boiler which currently has a horizontal flue out through the wall and am looking to put on a vertical concentric flue (through the roof). Is this an easy job ? and what should I look out for ?

You should look out for a vertical flue terminal!

They are probably no longer available though!
