Vertical Radiator - Help

I have tried, without success, to obtain a 600mm(wide) x 1000 or 1200mm(height) double panel radiator (not the designer types) from B&Q, Homebase and Wickes.
Does anyone know where this size is immediately available ?

I wondered if an ordinary hoizontal radiator of these dimensions could be used vertically after welding the correctly oriented wall brackets.
