I have a Glowworm 100 swiftflow with a very noisy fan , is it possible to repair it ? If not is it much of a job to replace it , I see that they are about £120 to buy new .

If you are quite clever and have all the required toold then you can replace the bearings!

If not then you can replace the whole fan!

As the fan is part of the gas train then replacing the fan should normally be done by a CORGI registered person.

The problem is distorting the air rotor if it doesn't come off the shaft cleanly, and balancing it up again so it doesn't vibrate like bu**ery

the bearings are 626ZZ
