Why is it difficult to grasp that your home can get to 26c without your heating being on?
Oh sorry yeah, that's a pathetic post...
How about installing Comfort Cooling? a split in the master Bedroom, and perhaps another one in the principle living room? Daikin/LG/Mitsubishi are all good makes! 
My solar tubes have been boiling their wotsits off this week, yum yum, lots of luvverly hot water....
Working on an ALDI maintenance Contract this week,
