Once again our machine has gone faulty. This time no error code but the dryer is not generating any heat. I have tested for 240V at the element and there is no 240v present whilst on a drying program. Also tested the block that is further up towards the back of the machine on the drying tunnel where the wires from the element join to the wires going away from the loom (not sure what this is).

Note it has had a new PCB within its warranty period.

Thanks for any assistance

bump again. Weather is good at the moment but would like to fix, any pointers please?

Zipper you have saved the day again. Was about to start shorting sensors as I didn't spot the reset buttons. Are these prone to nusiance tripping or does it point to a blockage in the air path or they just go dis. PS both have tripped so does this point to an airpath issue and why is there two (double safety perhaps)

Tks again

The original TOC's are 160C. The manufacturer (after many complaints) found out that they tripped randomly, especially with heavy use. So they recommended retrofitting 180C TOC's to get around the issue. That's not to say that the heater box, fan, or condenser doesn't need cleaning. It is a common problem that these get blocked with fluff etc along the way.
