Vibrating pipes but no ballvalve

I rarely, very rarely work on water tanks. Just been sent some pics by a customer who says they're getting vibration in the pipes after running the hot tap. Normally it's just a case of replacing the ball valve but he's sent me these photos and I cannot see anywhere where there's a ballvalve. Is it possible there's a feed tank higher up with the ball valve in?

Yes, a cold water storage cistern in the loft, the bigger of the 2, and it’ll be that one. Part 2 should be fitted, or else re-washer it.
 
The thing in your pic is not a water tank (cistern), it is a hot water cylinder.
