Yeah.
Take off boiler case off and look inside. See if you can see what's causing noise
 
Track pipes back. Might have to lift boards.
Check radiator trv valves and adjust so see if noise stops.
 
Sounds like the pump or the fan might be getting a little old and either or isn't running as balanced as it was before, making the case/frame rattle.

Your engineer should be able to fault find that one easy peasy, can only be a couple of things creating it.
