View video from Pyronix WiFi cameras on Windows PC

I've got three Pyronix Wifi cameras, one cube and two mini domes.
I can view live video and play recorded video fine via the ProControl+ app on my iPhone but am struggling to do the same on my Windows PC.
When I navigate to the cameras IP address and login I'm told I need a plugin. I've installed that plugin and restarted the browser but that doesn't work, it still asks for the same plugin.

Any ideas?

what browser? Internet explorer? or Chrome with IE tab?

Have to be honest not looked at pyronix hik cameras via a web browser, but in general you cant view cameras in most browsers, IE allows this and doesn't appear to be limited to camera resolution

I’ve tried IE and Firefox, not tried Chrome yet though...

I've had similar problems, there probably is a way around it by changing some plugin settings but its easier just to use the ivms software.

Sorry, what’s IVMS software? If that app based for a smartphone/tablet? Another version of ProControl+?
