I have a 10 year old Visonic Powermax Complete system installed and the external sounder (Visonic mcs710) has just failed on me. Please can someone confirm if the Visonic msc740 is a suitable replacement and is compatable with the Powermax Complete & if any modification is required to it in order to enroll it into my system.
I have just spoken to one supplier who believes a link needs to be inserted in the siren in order for it to work but he did not know of the exact details.
