Visonic fob error

Hello
I've got Visonic system with the rectangular fob / remote which has 4 buttons. For some unknown reason all 4 buttons are permanently lit up blue after I went out one day.

I've changed the battery and even removed it from the panel but still remains fully lit blue. Are there any suggestions on how to resolve?
