I have a visonic powermax alarm system fitted and recently returned from holiday to find the panel completely dead.
I have checked the PSU which appears to be OK- output is 12V DC
I have replaced the backup battery, which initially powered up the panel and allowed me to set the system but the panel has since failed.
I have also checked the 2 fuses I could find on the circuit board which both appear to have continuity.
Can anyone please give me any suggestions as to what the problem may be, and if the panel is repairable. Many thanks

If the fuses are okay and the panel appears dead your going to need to look for failed components.

glass fuses needs at least one end removing from the holder to check continuity across the fuse only.

I would be looking at the psu ….it may be ok unplugged with no load …but no good with a load on it ….probably the cheapest option
