I am interested in knowing what was done by anyone to repair this model after having an "A4" fault indication.

Common faults on this boiler are;

Bus to varispeed pump fault (replace varispeed pump)
Fan gets stuck

Can't remember the actual fault codes.
 
In addition to the A4 fault which was only shown on one day there is the primary fault and is described as a communication error with the ( seperate ) blending valve unit on Circuit B.

This affects Circuit A ( the boiler controlled one ).

The varispeed pump is turning but it is not creating any significant flow in the circuit it controls which goes down four floors.

I am guessing that its not running up to speed. Is that the symptom that you have encountered or is it a total pump failure.

Do you know what voltages/waveforms to expect to measure on the connections to the pump?
