I have a Viessman vitodens 100 fitted 2011 and works well. My controller ( vitotrol 100)is unfortunately not controlling the temperature as well as it did. When you turn the small temperature dial the only way now it will work is if you put it up fully on the wireless Vitotrol 100.
My question is , is there anything on the market that I could replace this controller with. I saw screwfix sell the timer/controller but just as a single unit. Would this work with my boiler or would the receiver unit need changed inside the boiler also. The receiver unit (signal unit) is in the bottom right of the boiler itself.
These units are 150plus but could I put anything else onto the boiler like hive etc or is it too old.
Advice appreciated.
