Got one of these that only provides hw after a ch demand then seems to work ok for a few hours. First thing in the morning or after work no hot water, flick room stat up and again water will work for a while. Has had a new pump and hw valve but does make a rattle around dhw hx when on. Any ideas for when i phone her back later to see if i can catch it faulting?
