vokera compact he

Wondered if any one can help ..before i spend£££££, got a Vokera Compact he, approx 2.5 years old, recently (like 48 hours ago) when the CH was on, it would only come on for a wee while then the red light would come on,,,all stop! but still got hot water....... now, cant get both CH or HW, the green light flashes every 5 secs,, when i try to get hot water, it flashes evey second, i can hear the pump?? start,, but it fails to ignite? it has in the last hour tried to give HW,, but not HW & CH, as soon as the CH trys,,it all goes red again.
Any ideas of what is wrong & if so..costs.. big ask I know,, but trying to get an idea,,,etc

first thing would be to checl the resistance in the sensors even if the resistance is ok it sounds like the sensors faulty on the ch side though could be something else as your pump shouldnt run when the HW's called for
