I think I can help, I haven't done this but think it's in the user parameters and an installer informed us last week of a misprint.
Press the info button for two seconds (right hand button bottom row)
Select the parameter number you want (think it's 04) using right hand plus or minus
Press top left to enter then use plus or minus buttons on the right to select your preferred option
Confirm the choice by pressing top left (the plus) button.
The misprint is that the manual shows press bottom left to confirm.
It's being corrected for future print runs but I think that's the problem.
The similar Vibe Max and Excel-i boilers are printed correctly I believe.
Wait a while then check the website or contact marketing to obtain a corrected manual.
