2012 is turning into one disaster after another, but thought I would see if there is anyone out there that can help me. My Vokera Excell 80E goes to green then back to red light. It is not igniting, so no hot water or heating. This maybe a coincidence but we had no water from 3am until this afternoon, could it be something to do with that? My knowledge on dealing with combi boilers is small, but I can handle carrying out tasks, if there is someone who knows about old Vokera boilers and has some suggestions what I should try?

I would suggest you try and get the boiler serviced. I can do that, have travelled to Edinburgh, Perth, Kilcregan, West Calder etc to offer this service.
This boiler or any other, if not looked after, will eventually start playing up.
