Final word of advise. STOP CHANGING PARTS NEEDLESSLY unless you have bags of money in which case you would have fitted a new boiler anyway.

Deary me.
You get in your little car where it says 50Hz and you try to drive to the fan.
If you find you can't get there you find out what's in the way.
