Can anyone help?
Just moved into a new flat with a Vokera RS 20-80 flowmatic combi boiler. Two night ago it stopped firing up for hot water or heating which leaves me shivering....
pilot flame (gas supply ) and electricity supply seem to be working ok, only difference is that it makes a brumming noise (I hadn't noticed it before and it stops when I turn of the electricity supply).
Unfortunately not covered yet for heating/ boiler (was next on my to do list) and unsure whether to pay the BG higher cover charge over the next year (£336 if they come and repair it) or whether it might be a minor problem which could be solved cheaper just now.

Anyone any idea what the problem might be and the cost involved? Thanks!

Is the gas valve know pulled fully forward and in the correct operating position?

I assume the pressure is about 1.5 bar ?

yup, it's in operating position and the pressure is spot on 1.5
