vokera flowmatic sp 80

H

hav it

Hi all came across a problem today with a vokera flowmatic. Ch mode all works ok., Problem is on water demand, run tap all works ok boiler fires and starts heating water up, then burner cuts out, but fan pump ect works ok. When burner cuts out there is no power to valve or stat. diverter pin works ok and hits flowswitch.

Get the manual and find out where the power is going amiss. What is the temperature on the frontal temp gauge. Should be 70 with stipulated flow at hot tap and HW stat on max.

Take it when temperature drops burner fires again? If it is, boiler is doing its job but a failed component is not giving stable temperature during HW.

Not enough info to offer advise.

yeah temp was at 70 burner cuts out ,and then after a white it will light agian, but this is after water has gone cold.

As already mentioned, venturi could be the root cause (but boiler would not work for CH if this were the cause)

I would be looking at the component on the right hand pipe in the boiler that has wire connected to the gas valve. Bothe tags on this component would be at 240 volts. When hot (safety cutout), only one would have 240 on it. If no 240, go bank to manual and locate why voltage missing

I suspect boiler has not been serviced for a while, is therefore playing up. A boiler serviced in 15 minutes cannot be classed as having been serviced.
