Recently DHW from by boiler is cold, the display on the boiler says 60 deg C but water from the taps is luke warm. Would this be thermostat (P/N 8484 I think??) or the heat exchanger or something else?

Thanks in advance.

Below the boiler two right hand pipes should be 15mm. Of this pair, left pipe delivers hot water. When boiler is running for HW, feel this pipe- is it too hot to touch or cool as water from hot tap.

Display on boiler is telling you the temperature of water leaving the boiler. Sensor is checked when boiler starts up.

DP,

I'm at work just now so I will check when I get home and let you know how hot the pipe feels. thanks

OK DP I've checked the pipes you mentioned above and they are just as cold as the water.

Does this mean it is the sensor thats reading incorrectly?

Anyone?

Thanks
