vokera linea 24 manual confusing me

Hi there

A question for the experts and please feel free to berate me if you think I am being thick.

I have a Vokera Linea 24 which we recently drained and repressurised following poor performance and eventually a flashing error 04. The boiler has fired fine, is running well but the pressure guage, (pressuried to 1.3 cold) indicates that when it is running hot after an hour or so it is dangerously close to that magic 3 bar line. Should I be concerned about this, have read the manual 3 times and can't find any comments/advice about the ideal pressure or pressure range that the boiler should run at hot!!! is it just me or do they not tell you these things in the manual?

Try checking the expansion vessel for pressure [with boiler isolated and de pressurised] Could be it needs pumping back up or is goosed!

Definitely expansion vessel problem. You should find guidance on checking pressure, etc. in the FAQ topic near top of topic list.
