Vokera linea 24

Hi I'm in desperate need of some help!
My Vokera linea 24 approx age 3-4 years
is showing lockout error 04
The Pressure was down to just above 0
i Re-filled the system and turned switch to re-set for 20 seconds then back to normal but still showing lockout error 04
i turned off boiler for 1 hour and tried again but it is still showing lockout error 04
Please Help me someone

The low water pressure switch has blocked since losing water and now cannot sense any pressure.
It needs removing and cleaning or replacing.

Check that the mode selector switch has not snapped off inside.

If it has it will not reset.

Does the dispaly go blank when you move it to the off position.

If not then it has snapped inside.

no the error message or led do not change when i move selector switch.
i'll remove cover & check it

that was the fault, Ive managed to turn it through the pcb and it's reset the system successfully
anyone know where to get a new switch and how to fit it to pcb?
