Vokera Maxim 24E

Hello,
Had a Vokera Maxim 24E fitted only 2 years ago, now the "pilot light" is not lit and the pressure is below 1.
Emailed Vokera and they said to call in an expert, but does anyone have any ideas before I do that?
Our expert doesn't seem to be answering his phone.....

1, There is no pilot light
2, Add some water to increase the pressure.
